For an item shipped by Alltricks:
In the case of a withdrawal, you have a legal period of 14 days. Return costs are at your expense. At Alltricks, you have 30 days (100 days for Alltricks+ customers) for all products sold and shipped by Alltricks, provided the product has not been assembled, used, and is in its original packaging. The return costs will be deducted when the credit note is issued.
You can also return your item for free in one of our stores.
For an item shipped by a partner seller:
The return cost policy is specific to each seller. Log in to “My Account,” then go to “My Orders & Returns.” Select the item(s) and quantity, then click on “Contact the seller.”
- Select the reason for your request from the dropdown menu.
- Add a comment.
- Click Send.
- You will receive the seller’s response in your message inbox.
