Can I exchange my item?

It is not possible to exchange an item directly on the Alltricks website.

We invite you to return the item that does not suit you. You will then have two options:

- Wait until your package is received by our logistics center to use the credit note that will be created after your return for your next order.

- Place a new order immediately, without waiting. You can then request a refund of the credit note from the “My Credits” section of your account.
