Description

The AbsoluteBlack premium crank covers are designed specifically for Shimano 110/4 bcd Dura-Ace 9100 cranks and cover the small step between the chainring and the crank arms, completing the look of the crank. These Ultegra crank covers enhance the look of your crank with AbsoluteBlack or Rotor oval chainrings. When you switch to Absoluteblack oval chainrings, you create a small difference in level at the connection point between the crank arms and the bolt hole area of the chainring.

Important :

The aesthetic screw covers are not compatible with the Sub Compact oval chainrings or the Gravel and CX 1X oval chainrings.
There are two different versions. One is suitable for Ultegra 8000 and the other for Dura-Ace 9100.
The bolt covers are supplied with the mounting bolts (no additional bolts required).
When tightening the supplied bolts to the recommended torque, it is necessary to prevent the bolt covers from rotating by holding them down with your fingers. If the covers are not held down while tightening the bolts, they may be damaged.

HOW TO FIT ABSOLUTEBLACK SCREWS COVERS :

Completely remove your current bolts and nuts. Place the bolt covers in their specific positions from the front, so that they are aligned with the crank.
Then use the short bolts supplied with T30 torx sockets and screw them in from the rear.
You should use a force of about 5-7 Nm.
You MUST use medium strength threadlocker on the bolt threads. (e.g. Loctite 243).
