Choosing the right sized bike depends on the type of bike, your height, your riding style, and your preference. A correct fitting bike will be more comfortable, more efficient and more fun to ride
Measure yourself accurately
To get started, measure your height and use the size chart available on each product description.
What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

Here's the new Inspyre Evo-C Disk with its "Champagne" color and glittery highlights. There's a lot new in this 2025 version, including the arrival of the new Pride Matrix Fork from Pro sizes upwards, and a new SD-B85 crankset.
The Evo-C range of complete bikes comes in 7 sizes, from Junior to Pro Cruiser. For each bike size, components are carefully selected to best suit the user's morphology and provide maximum support on the track.
The bike is built around the Inspyre Bicycles® Evo-C Disk frame, which incorporates all the features of a top-of-the-range after-market frame. A carbon fork for enhanced performance, stiffness and responsiveness. Its hydroformed 6061-T6 aluminum tubes guarantee an excellent weight/performance ratio. Its geometry makes it both stable and responsive. The Frame features Inspyre Bicycles® Swell dropouts. As well as adding rigidity to the rear of the frame, they allow the Pride Racing® disc brake dropout to be integrated, while guaranteeing perfect chain tension.
The Junior & Expert versions of the Evo-C are equipped with Pride Racing® Apex forks. It's designed around a structure combining carbon fiber and aluminum. Its Toray® carbon-fiber legs ensure lively, responsive dynamics.
The Expert XL to Pro Cruiser versions of the Evo-C feature the new Pride Racing Matrix fork. Its aluminum steerer tube and Toray carbon-fiber structure deliver outstanding performance.
Parts-wise, the arrival of the SD-B85 crankset upgrades the bike for even greater performance. It retains its Pride Racing headset from Pro sizes upwards, and Forward Joyride V2 hubs with 100% sealed bearings. The rear hub /axle features a 6 ratchet system - 150 points of engagement. We also feature Tioga Tyres, Fastr X at the front and Powerblock at the rear, an ultra-high-performance combo that will bring you performance and dynamism. The Evo-C Disk is a competition-ready bike. Once you've received it out of the box, all you have to do is fit the Handlebars, insert and screw on the front wheel, check the torque of each screw and inflate the Tyres, and you're ready to ride.
