The SUPA2 pants can be identified by :
- their warm, waterproof and windproof fabric, essential for winter skiing and hiking.
- a cut that's neither too sharp nor too wide, tested and approved in real-life conditions (descent of the 6096m Pic Laila in Pakistan).
- details that aren't details at all: practical pockets, side vents, gaiters with openings... In fact, it's called SUPA2 because it's in its 2nd version, improved thanks to feedback from our community.
- responsible design from A to Z, from materials to production sites.
Composition:
- 100% recycled polyester (r-PET) 3-layer fabric
- Sympatex Pyester recycled membrane (r-PET) 20k - RET<14
- Polyurethane (PU) sealing tape
Care and maintenance:
- SUPA2 pants can be machine-washed inside out, with zips closed at 30°, regular detergent (not too much, and eco-friendly is a plus) and without fabric softener.
- He prefers a gentle spin and abundant rinsing. Once the garment has been air-dried on a hanger, you can tumble-dry it for 10-15 minutes (but no longer) on a synthetic program. This will reactivate the water-repellent treatment initially applied by coating and polymerization, and therefore by heating.
- Don't iron the membrane!
- No dry-cleaning either.
- Unfortunately, water repellency is not eternal and fades over time. Use specific PFC-free sprays to reactivate it.
