The custom-made Backcountry telescopic seatpost adapter allows the Backcountry saddlebag to be used on telescopic mountain bike seatposts.
The adapter is designed to hold the bag securely in place, while limiting movement to prevent damage to the seatpost or bag.
The telescopic seatpost adapter is supplied with a choice of shims for telescopic ATV seatposts with lower diameters of 30.9 mm, 31.6 mm and 34.9 mm, and is easily installed using a 3 mm hexagonal key. The wide, flat rear section and ridged strap retainer improve stability on rough terrain, and the Telescopic Seatpost Saddlebag Adapter is compatible with any bag that uses a 25 mm (or smaller) seatpost strap.
