Versatile, minimalist alpine backpack

This medium-sized hiking backpack is designed for both male and female mountaineers, who traverse the mountains all year round on skis, at high altitude or climbing. The Rupal 35+ alpine backpack is particularly attractive for its versatility: the lightweight, flexible waist belt is removable. It ensures stable load transmission when approaching heavy equipment carried in the alpine rucksack. Once the harness, rope, carabiners and other equipment are in action, it disappears into the rucksack for greater freedom of movement, while the belt buckle keeps the rucksack close to the body. The large hydration pocket can accommodate a shovel in winter, with the handle and probe attached separately. Ergonomically shaped shoulder straps offer unlimited range of movement in the FoM (Freedom of Movement) variant - even over the head, e.g. when climbing. Two separately adjustable and removable chest straps ensure this, tightening the straps inwards if necessary to offer maximum shoulder room. The aluminum frame can be adjusted or removed. The rope holder is concealed under the height-adjustable hood (to provide approx. 5 l of extra volume). Two ice axes and a helmet can be attached to the outside of the alpine rucksack. A side pouch and compression straps hold skis or trekking poles. Additional equipment can be attached using the buckles on two straps.
