At the Thule Test Center™ in Hillerstorp, Sweden, our rigorous in-house testing ensures that our products are able to endure the worst conditions. After all, our child bike seats are made for the most important people in the world. Here are just a few of the tests we carry out.
Resistance tests: These are used to assess performance under conditions comparable to those encountered when using the product on rough terrain.
Wear simulations: Specialized tests are used to evaluate child bike seats over time, to study their durability and long-term performance.
Drop tests: This test involves dropping the product at a given impact force, in order to simulate the types of forces encountered by the product in use.
