Running Base Layer

When the cold bites, the 3D Thermo Merino LS Top delivers with its natural warmth and technical performance. Part of Compressport’s new base layer collection, this seamless, mid-weight top is designed for demanding runs, ski mountaineering adventures, or cross-country skiing interval workouts on cold winter days. Combining high-quality merino wool with high-performance polyamide microfibers, it blends wool’s natural thermoregulatory properties with the durability, softness, and quick-drying capabilities of technical fibers. The result: a second-skin base layer that keeps you warm without overheating, dry without letting you get chilled, and allows you to stay cool no matter the distance or intensity of your workout. A 3D honeycomb knit on the chest and upper arms enhances insulation while promoting airflow, while a smooth knit with integrated ventilation panels keeps your midsection warm and dry. Mesh panels under the arms and along the spine improve breathability, with postural support in the back to help you through when fatigue sets in. Ribbed panels on the forearms provide welcome temperature regulation and a snug fit in cool weather, while the high collar protects against cold winds. The half-zip allows you to adjust ventilation on the go and features a protective flap at the top to prevent chafing. Raglan sleeves and overlock seams ensure total freedom of movement, while seamless ribbed cuffs and waistband stay securely in place without chafing. The 3D Thermo Merino LS Top is incredibly soft, yet durable enough for the most demanding winter workouts.
