Patagonia created the Nano Puff® Jacket for climbers who needed a lightweight, compressible, weather-resistant synthetic insulating layer that would stay warm even when wet, and stay with them year after year.lightweight, compressible and weather-resistant, capable of staying warm even when wet, to accompany them year after year. Today, this cult model is still the essential mid-layer for all outdoor activities. This new version of the Nano Puff features an improved cut for greater freedom of movement, 60 g/m² PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% post-consumer recycled polyester featuring P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, as well as 100% recycled polyester fabric and lining, confirms its nickname as the "magic jacket". Model made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop.

  • Lightweight 100% recycled polyester ripstop outer fabric with durable water-repellent (DWR) finish with no intentional addition of PFAS that protects against light precipitation
  • PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% post-consumer recycled polyester, featuring P.U.R.E.™ ("Produced Using Reduced Emissions") technology, which offers an excellent weight-to-warmth ratio and stays warm even when wet
  • Brick-patterned quilting with horizontally quilted side yokes and durable abrasion-resistant yarn holding insulation that ensures enhanced durability as an outer layer and a streamlined, no-fluff design under a jacket
  • Improved shoulder cut and pre-shaped elbows for greater freedom of movement
  • Front zip with sweat-wicking inner storm flap and chin guard for added comfort
  • Two zipped hand-warmer pockets with neatly-finished zipper guard; zipped inner chest pocket doubles as storage bag, with reinforced carabiner clip
  • Rounded hem, adjustable with drawcord to retain warmth
  • Model made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop, which means the workers who made it received a premium for their labor
