Zig Zag is Alé's most advanced jersey, created in collaboration with World Tour riders by meticulously studying their riding position in race situations to achieve optimal aerodynamic construction.

Using Alé's body mapping technology, each panel of this jersey has been strategically placed to make the most of the characteristics of each fabric. Emphasizing the jersey's second-skin feel, it features Rap Dry Carbon with interwoven carbon yarns alongside the ultra-light Micro Aero fabric for constant airflow and Pima mesh in the underarms and side of the torso for breathability. The result is a first-class comfort piece that weighs just 115 grams. To meet the demands of race days, the Stripes is built with the J-Stability system in the front to ensure it stays firmly in place throughout your effort. The meticulous design of the integrated sleeves offers further aerodynamic benefits and is finished off with lightweight silicone grips from the S-Stability system. Integrated into the back of the jersey, the silicone is strategically placed with elasticity to maintain a snug fit on your shorts. The design is completed with reflective details on the back

PR-S RANGE - PRO RACING SYSTEM:

Born from the collaboration with the French Teams and the Groupama-FDJ Team, PR-S products take advantage of the "Body Mapping" technology with an ergonomic cut. An infinite number of details - notably reflective - offer top-of-the-range results

DETAILS AND TECHNOLOGIES

  • 20°C-35°C
  • 110 grams
  • Micro Aero: A very light and stretchy polyester fabric with a soft and smooth surface, very comfortable on the skin. Its micro-perforated structure guarantees air circulation and quick drying.
  • Rap Dry Carbon: Naturally anti-bacterial, this carbon yarn promotes almost immediate evaporation of moisture. The feeling of comfort is provided by the ability of the yarn to dissipate electrostatic charges. The body is then ideally protected.
  • Skin 120 Multiball: This light and breathable fabric allows maximum freedom of movement. A resistant and bi-elastic microfiber that adheres perfectly to the body like a second skin and is adapted to the finish, in order to reduce the seams of the garment. The special structure facilitates aerodynamics by reducing drag.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the products after each ride, all inside out and zips closed when it comes to jerseys or jackets. The zippers can degrade the fabric if left open.
  • The products must be washed at 30°C or 40°C maximum.
  • Tumble dry is not allowed, nor is dry cleaning.
  • The different colors can be mixed without worry, as long as the textiles are dyed in the mass or sublimated with water-based ink: according to the strictest European standards.
  • The water repellent products must be dry before being used again. After each season, a new water repellent treatment is recommended.
