The new version of the Microlight jacket offers smart improvements over the established version of our classic, best-selling down jacket. While the classic version remains our best-selling down jacket, the new version features a few smart upgrades. With its 30D Pertex® Quantum ripstop nylon and 700-fill-power recycled down, it now features recycled fabrics filled with recycled down. It also uses compartments of varying sizes depending on the body area to improve down distribution and provide excellent warmth while remaining lightweight, without unnecessary bulk. Other mountain-specific features include: three zippered hand pockets compatible with a harness, a fitted down-filled collar, and elastic cuffs that can easily be pulled over gloves. In addition to its sleek, modern design that matches its technical upgrades, it weighs just 403 g. Plus, a storage bag can be attached to a harness for quick insulation when temperatures drop.

Whether you use it on its own as an everyday garment or as a layering piece for mountain ascents, the Microlight jacket has the versatility to play a central role in your wardrobe and accompany you on your outdoor adventures.

Pertex® Quantum fabric
Thanks to its tight weave, Pertex® Quantum is a soft, lightweight fabric that ensures the insulation retains its loft perfectly. With a down-proof construction, a DWR finish, and a soft feel, this lightweight, packable, windproof fabric offers excellent protection against the elements.
