New top of the line Van Rysel cycling jacket. Concentrated technologies and high-end finishes, from a 100% French design and manufacture.
This jacket is adjusted for a minimum of wind resistance. It will allow you to ride warm from 5°C to 18°C. Flexible, breathable and water repellent!

Aerodynamics : Very tight fit for a minimum of wind resistance
Water repellency : A water repellent fabric that will protect you from light rain
Pockets : 6 compartmentalized pockets : 3 pockets, a double mesh pocket and 2 zipped pockets.

BALDUR, INNOVATIVE MATERIAL
This bi-stretch warp and weft fabric has a double-sided structure combining lightness, resistance and natural thermoregulation.
The woven and water-repellent DryTech outer side ensures both a windproof effect and good protection against rain.
The inner side made of merino wool loops guarantees excellent thermal properties and great breathability.

THE TECHNICALITY OF MERINO WOOL
Merino wool owes its natural properties to the structure of its fibers and its ability to absorb up to 33% of its own weight in moisture.
This absorbency provides thermal insulation in winter and a cooler feeling on the skin in warmer conditions.
Merino wool is also a natural anti-bacterial.
Its scaly surface makes it almost impossible for bacteria to settle.

BI-STRETCH, LIGHT BUT STRONG
A 35% weight gain, ideal for the demands of lightweight competitors! This difference is increased in wet conditions.
The high-density woven exterior provides great abrasion resistance and durability.
The multi-directional elasticity ensures good muscle support without affecting freedom of movement.
The drying of this woven structure is also particularly fast. Ideal for training sessions.

WHAT IS THE PRO FIT CUT?
The PRO FIT cut is the cut of the Van Rysel products.
This is a cut dedicated to cyclists who want a close fitting garment without being constrained.
This jacket is designed to be worn only with a technical underwear.
If you are thinking of wearing it with a second layer, don't hesitate to go one size up!
The PRO FIT cut is designed for regular cyclists, if you think you need more volume, go one size up.

POCKETS
The jacket has 5 pockets,
A block of 5 rear pockets which breaks down as follows

Three classic pockets
Two closed pockets for phone/keys/cards
A double mesh pocket for gloves, hats or other accessories.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

A garage for the zipper at the bottom to avoid damaging your shorts
A zipper garage at the top to avoid chafing on the neck
Soft and elastic cuffs at the bottom of the sleeves
Some reflective elements and markings for those who like to leave early or come home late!
Cords on the zippers to make them easier to grab with gloves

FRENCH DESIGN
From a 100% French design and 100% French textile component

Composition : Main fabric 49% Polyamide, 27% Elastane, 24% Wool Yoke 76% Polyamide, 24% Elastane
Tests: Our jackets have been tested during winter 2021 in the Belgian Ardennes and at home in Lille by experienced cyclists.
These jackets are the result of feedback between 20 internal or external cyclists at Decathlon and our design teams.

RET < 20 and a rating of 5/5 in air permeability. Main component: 245 g/m2 The main component is water repellent, but is not waterproof. So this jacket can handle light rain, but is not designed to ride in the rain for long CARE TIPS
In order to keep your jacket looking great for many years, we recommend machine washing at 30 °C synthetic program.
Wash the product with the zipper closed.
No dry cleaning and no fabric softener.
No dry cleaning either.
