The Shimano Deore XT M8100 SGS derailleur for 1x12-speed setups offers precise and fast shifting regardless of the gear selected. Each derailleur features SHIMANO SHADOW RD+ construction, a shock absorber, and oversized 13-tooth pulleys for a quieter drivetrain.

The all-new SHIMANO DEORE XT M8100 series derailleurs bring a new level of drivetrain quietness thanks to reduced tension in the lower gears and additional protection on the cage. The larger 13T pulleys increase efficiency and chain control, while compatibility with the new SHIMANO 12-speed cassettes expands your options.
