GripGrab AquaShield 2 waterproof road shoe covers are an evolution of the popular GripGrab AquaShield, with stronger construction and greater ease of use.
The zipperless design and anatomical cut offer a high level of comfort and waterproofing. The fabric's stretch allows you to adjust the overshoe on your leg before putting on your shoes. The cuff should rest just below the calf muscle for optimum leg and sock protection. You can then slip on your shoes and spread the cover over them, securing them with the hook-and-loop fastener under the sole.
The design of these road shoe covers combines PU-coated polyester and waterproof neoprene. The opening in the base is specially developed for large road studs. The neoprene edge features a new IntelliSeal silicone edge to create a seal around the base to prevent water penetration. The toe area features a new rubber insert to protect against damage when stopping and walking.
GripGrab AquaShield 2 waterproof road shoe covers are high-performance, snug-fitting cycling shoe covers, optimized for waterproofing and durability while remaining easy to use and comfortable. Pro tip: don't forget to seal the ventilation holes included in the soles of many road cycling shoes to prevent wet feet from water penetrating under the soles. You can do this by removing the insole from your shoes, sticking the holes inside and putting the insole back in place. Don't let the weather stop you from cycling!
