Compared with butyl tubes, it reduces total bike weight by 100 grams or more. TheAerothan Tube Race is reliable not only for puncture protection, but also for descending mountain passes: even in the event of numerous emergency brake applications with rim brakes following each other at short intervals, it remains absolutely heat-resistant.
