TECHNICAL DETAILS
- VOLTAGE PEAK: The poles of the voltage peak are swept upwards like the dihedral wing of an aircraft - not tilted downwards as is common in tents. This increases the shape of the tent, offering much more head and shoulder room, higher doors, easier access and a more usable vestibule.
- QUICK-CONNECT POLE LEGS: Typical of Sea to Summit's commitment to fine-tuning details to make gear frictionless and more functional, these machined aluminum clips make setting up the rainfly (either with the inner tent, or with a footprint in ultralight configuration) quick and easy. And they're much more durable than plastic buckles.
- EQUITABLE SHARED STORAGE / LIGHT BAR: Each Sea to Summit tent packs into three storage bags, so you can easily distribute the load. During setup, two storage bags turn into gear pockets, while the pole storage bag (with translucent diffuser) becomes a light bar. Add a headlamp or two for soft lighting throughout the tent.
- APEX VENT / BASE VENT: Mounted at the highest point, Apex vents allow warm, moist air to escape and channel fresh air into the tent. The vent can be easily zipped from inside the tent and requires no netting to retain its shape, greatly improving air circulation. The basic vent allows you to control humidity in damp conditions by opening or closing the lower part of the door while maintaining vestibule function and rain protection for your equipment.

- Designed for 3+ seasons, the fabric inner tent prevents cold drafts. What's more, the waterproof floor performs better on even the wettest floors.
- The tension ridge lifts the shape of the tent upwards for more usable head and shoulder space, and creates truly taller doors for easier entry and more storage in the vestibule area.
- The ultra-strong, lightweight, color-coded DAC NSL hoop set and quick-connect hoop feet make assembly easy.
- Built for longevity and waterproofing using premium materials, including DAC hoops, YKK zippers, Series 7 aluminum hardware and a PeU-coated double canopy with glued seams.
- Hangout mode converts the flysheet into a semi-open shelter. Requires a pair of trekking poles or a set of Hangout Mode poles.
- FairShare storage system: the tent is stored in 3 storage bags to distribute the load. Once set up, the bags transform into storage pockets for your gear.
- Light bar: add a headlamp and attach the tent pole storage bag to the tent apex for soft, even lighting.
- The flysheet can be installed first for dry set-up and dismantling.
- Includes 8 Ground Control Light tent pegs and 4 removable Ground Control guy wires with custom eyelets.
- To extend the life of your tent floor, we recommend using a Sea to Summit footprint - sold separately.
- The 15 cm-deep 30D nylon tank bottom is designed to withstand 4000 mm of pressure, ideal for wet and swampy conditions.
