TECHNICAL DETAILS
- TENSION RIDGE: The Tension Ridge's hoops are oriented upwards, like the dihedral wing of an aircraft, rather than downwards as is often the case with tents. This lifts the shape of the tent, providing much more head and shoulder room, higher doors, easier access and more usable space in the vestibule.
- QUICK-CONNECT POLE LEGS: Typical of Sea to Summit's commitment to fine-tuning details to make gear frictionless and more functional, these machined aluminum clips make setting up the rainfly (either with the inner tent, or with a footprint in ultralight configuration) quick and easy. And they're far more durable than plastic buckles.
- MODULAR STORAGE / LIGHT BAR: Each Sea to Summit tent packs into three storage bags, so you can easily distribute the load. During setup, two bags turn into gear storage pockets, while the pole storage bag (with translucent diffuser) becomes a light bar. Add one or two headlamps for soft lighting throughout the tent.
- APEX VENT / BASE VENT: Mounted at the highest point, Apex vents allow warm, moist air to escape and channel fresh air into the tent. The vent can be easily zipped from inside the tent and requires no netting to retain its shape, greatly improving air circulation. The basic vent allows you to control humidity in damp conditions by opening or closing the lower part of the door while maintaining vestibule function and rain protection for your equipment.

- The ultra-strong, lightweight, color-coded DAC NSL pole set and quick-connect pole feet make set-up easy.
- Built for durability and waterproofing using premium materials, including DAC hoops, YKK zippers, 7 Series aluminum hardware and PeU-coated double roof with seams.
- FairShare storage system: the tent is stored in 3 storage bags to spread the load. After set-up, the bags transform into gear pockets.
- Light bar: add a headlamp and attach the tent pole storage bag to the tent apex for soft, even lighting.
- The rainfly can be installed first for dry set-up and take-down.
- Includes 9 Ground Control Light tent pegs and 4 removable Ground Control guy wires with custom eyelets.
- To extend the life of your tent floor, we recommend using a Sea to Summit footprint - sold separately.
- The 15 cm-deep 20D nylon tank floor is designed to withstand a 2500 mm hydrostatic load, ideal for wet and swampy conditions.
- The lightweight 20D nylon ripstop inner-tent fabric prevents draughts and drifts.
- The 15D nylon fly fabric coated with silicone and polyether polyurethane ensures long-lasting waterproofing.
- Tension Ridge's poles face upwards, rather than downwards as is often the case with tents. This enhances the shape of the tent and considerably increases living space.
- Apex Vent - at the highest point of the tent, this oversized vent efficiently expels warm air to prevent condensation and can be easily zipped off from inside the tent.
- Baseline vents let you control airflow and effectively manage moisture and condensation in humid conditions without letting rain in.
- The Quick Connect foot is a superb machined aluminum clip that easily secures the pole and inner foot. It's stronger than plastic buckles, which are more likely to break.
