The Ascent 700 is a warm bag with a wide and comfortable mummy cut. Filled with 700g of 650FP goose down and with room to carry extra layers if needed, this bag can be used in cold weather. Ideal for three-season use and spring conditions similar to those in the UK, New Zealand or Scandinavia,
the Ascent is constructed with a lightweight, durable recycled Pertex® Quantum outer fabric and a recycled nylon lining. It has trapezoidal baffles that stack perfectly together, encouraging the hydrophobic duck down inside to fully expand and reducing the appearance of cold spots. Hand-filled in the UK, all of these down bags benefit from the fact that their down has never been compressed before use, maintaining the volume and warmth of the down
.The generous mummy cut with a wide foot zone offers a roomy feel for an easy night's sleep, and the fitted neck deflector keeps the heat in when the temperature drops. It has a ¾-length main zipper with a down-filled baffle to keep out drafts, and
practicality is taken care of with an interior zippered pocket that can easily hold a phone or headlamp, a cotton storage bag, and a compression bag to ensure a manageable pack size and protection on the road. Exploring with a partner or want more space? Grab a left and right zippered bag and you can put them together.
