Its motto: always go further, even further ?! BALDO GTX is a trekking model developed by LOWA to make the most of all sports activities. Its integrated GORE-TEX membrane protects the foot whatever the weather, and prevents moisture and wind from getting inside. To allow the shoe to adapt perfectly to each foot and to put on quickly, LOWA used flexible ROLLER EYELETS eyelets as well as precision two-zone lacing. As for the VIBRAM® TRAC LITE II sole, it offers good performance both uphill and downhill.

VIBRAM® TRAC® LITE II
The VIBRAM® TRAC® LITE II sole is a versatile model with its rubber compound and special construction in the front and heel area. Thanks to these properties, it is perfectly suited to a large number of activities.

  • Velvet Leather: High quality, comfort and resistance
  • Waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane
  • The laces are used to secure the tongue and prevent it from slipping.
  • Eyelets equipped with a bearing to facilitate lacing.
  • Separate lacing areas on the forefoot and upper.
  • The shoe has average flexural stiffness.

Vibram sole

Vibram is a manufacturer of high-end soles for hiking, climbing and trail shoe brands. These soles are made of high performance rubber materials to provide great resistance, better traction and outstanding grip on difficult mountain terrain and in all weather conditions.

For hiking, the design can be either narrow or wide in order to bring more precision or more stability to your every step. Note that the height of the crampon also plays an important role in mountain climbing. The higher the cleat, the more you will gain in clearance and ease in unstable rocky sections..

Nubuck Leather

It is a treatment on the grain side of the leather (upper part of the leather), giving it a smoother and more resistant aspect for the practice of hiking in the mountains.
