The puncture-proof tire. The Schwalbe Marathon Plus

is currently the best-selling Schwalbe model. It is

not only the tire with the best puncture protection, but also has the following features

  • Rolling resistance. Compared to other generic products, the patented 5mm thick SmartGuard underlayment has already proven to provide a significant advantage in rolling resistance.
  • Recycling. SmartGuard underlayment incorporates a certain amount of recycled material from used latex products in its manufacture.
  • Anti-aging effect. The sidewalls now have a special treatment that prevents unsightly micro-cracks when the tire is used with too little air pressure.
  • E-Bike Ready. Thanks to its unique features, the Marathon Plus is the ideal option for electric bikes (E-25).

Only the Schwalbe Marathon Plus can guarantee a real puncture protection system. Its 5 mm protective underlayer even protects you from tacks!

Note: It is impossible to guarantee total protection against punctures. Nevertheless, the Marathon Plus remains the best weapon against everyday aggressions such as broken glass, flints, thorns or metal objects. Always use a pressure gauge, because the specific structure of the Marathon Plus makes the evaluation that can be done by finger pressure on the tread unreliable
