What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

The Habit LT is a progressive trail bike that loves climbs as much as it loves descents. It's specially designed to tame the chaos. The Habit LT is designed for the wildest side of the trails. With 140mm of travel at the rear and 150mm at the front, slightly softer geometry than the Habit, and ready-to-use tyres and components, it's always ready to descend. The Habit's geometry is specially adapted to your height. Thanks to our Proportional Response design, everything - from the suspension configuration to the geometry, not forgetting the length of the rear chainstays, is fully adapted to size, so you can express your performance to the full. A performance-oriented design at your size. With a head tube angled at 64.7° and a steeper seat tube angle of 77°, the Habit LT allows you to adopt the optimum position for hurtling downhill while controlling your bike with complete confidence. The focus is on simplicity and convenience for the rider, with a threaded bottom bracket, universal derailleur mount, standard shock mount, internal cable routing, and a standard 55mm chain line for superior tyre clearance. Everything is designed to make the bike easier to live with and easier to love.
