What to do if you are in between bike sizes?
If you are on the edge of two different bike sizes, don't worry, you'll probably be ok on either size (rather than thinking that one size will be awful and the other will fit). Indeed, bikes are adjustable: the seatpost can slide up and down, the saddle can move backwards and forwards and you can even switch out parts like the stem for different sized ones to help the bike fit better.
Finding out whether or not you should pick a bigger or a smaller frame is sometimes as simple as personal preference, but there are a few simple ways to work out which might suit best:
- If you’re flexible, you might prefer a shorter head tube, so the smaller size might work out better for you. You can use a longer stem to make the reach more comfortable.
- On a bigger bike, the reach to the handlebars will be longer. This means that if you have proportionally longer arms, you might be more comfortable on a bigger frame.

The Boost 148 rear axle, large pivot bearings and All Mountain Geometry deliver assured handling, even when you're exploring the limits of the 140 mm rear and 150 mm front travel. Sram's UDH gear hanger helps protect against crash damage and is easily replaceable. And Integrated Cable Routing reduces maintenance and complements the clean lines of the full carbon main frame.
You can tell the Cube Stereo Hybrid 140 HPC TM 750 has tough trails in its sights. A Fox 36 Performance fork up front, paired with a Fox Float X Performance piggyback shock at the rear, delivers point-and-go rock-devouring precision. The light-but-tough Newmen wheelset, shod with Maxxis Assegai 2.5in and Minion DHR II 2.4in tyres, will help keep you rolling. Powerful Magura MT7 brakes keep your speed in check, on demand. And we paired Bosch's fourth-generation CX drive unit with Sram's wide-ranging GX Eagle transmission for fingertip shifting and seamless drive. We even included a remote dropper post. Because who knows what obstacle the next trail will throw your way...
