LITESHIELD FLEX protection is incredibly breathable and adapts to your movements with such softness and flexibility that you feel it almost transforms with your body. Just like the high-performance fabric used for the vest. The supple, quick-drying fabric is super-breathable thanks to its mesh inserts and features the wonderful Polygiene OdorCrunch™ and Polygiene StayFresh™ finishes, which keep you and your friends from overheating and any unpleasant olfactory sensations. And the best is yet to come, as the fabric is also made from recycled MIPAN® regenerated nylon yarn. The vest is fully machine washable and comes with a sporty, performance-oriented cut and a height-adjustable AIRO FLEX hip belt. Be water, my friend!

TECHNNOLOGIES

  • LITESHIELD FLEX: The latest Evoc protection technology offers excellent shock absorption and at the same time a new level of flexibility and freedom of movement. The combination of a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compound and the geometry of plus and circular elements forms the basis for the superior ergo-dynamic flexibility of the LITESHIELD FLEX protector.
  • AIROFLEX: AIRO FLEX is an extremely robust material that is both permeable and flexible. We use it in our premium abdominal belts to ensure optimum load transfer to the hips, with simultaneous maximum ventilation - for optimal wearing comfort.
  • MIPAN® REGEN NYLON: MIPAN® regen is a GRS-certified regenerated nylon yarn. It is fast-drying and highly breathable. It is made from 100% recycled production waste from chip manufacturing, saving precious resources.
  • POLYGIENE: Equipment to prevent the development of microbial odors based on silver ions and silica
