Description
The Hope Gravity 20 mm stem is designed for aggressive mountain biking, particularly downhill and enduro. Its ultra-short design brings the hands closer to the fork’s steerer tube to improve bike control and promote a more upright riding position, with better weight distribution toward the center of the bike.
Machined from a solid block of 2014-T6 aluminum, it combines stiffness, strength, and weight optimization. Its clamping width, increased by 5 mm, enhances handlebar stability, while its finish adds a personalized touch to the cockpit.
Benefits of the Hope Gravity 20 mm stem:
- Ultra-short 20 mm length: promotes control and a more centered riding position.
- Solid-machined 2014-T6 aluminum: combining stiffness, strength, and lightness.
- Clamping width increased by 5 mm: to improve handlebar stability.

Need some mountings tips ?
If your handlebar has a high rise (which creates a lever arm) or if you use an aluminum handlebar you can slightly increase the tightening torque, the one indicated by the manufacturers is generally low enough presents no to risk damaging the carbon parts (on which the contact surface increases friction and thus limit slippage).
