Aluminum Stem for AM/EN/DH
Advanced CNC machining. Since you’ll likely want to pair this stem with an equally impressive carbon handlebar, Leatt has ensured that the zero-gap front face and 210° handlebar wrap evenly distribute clamping force, thereby reducing the risk of damaging the handlebar. The snap-fit front interface reinforces the structure and simplifies installation. This CeraMAG Gravity stem features an extra-wide clamping platform for maximum control and steering precision. The integrated seal cap prevents dirt and debris from contaminating or damaging the fork steerer tube.

If your handlebar has a high rise (which creates a lever arm) or if you use an aluminum handlebar you can slightly increase the tightening torque, the one indicated by the manufacturers is generally low enough presents no to risk damaging the carbon parts (on which the contact surface increases friction and thus limit slippage).
