AbsoluteBlack Narrow Wide Oval Chainring Direct Mount Boost Sram 1X narrow wide round chainring is designed for bikes with a Boost format (3mm offset).
This is the most premium chainring on the market. Oval chainrings do not produce more power, they increase pedalling efficiency through better power transmission. This means that you don't necessarily get further by pedalling harder. But the less force you lose, the more energy you keep, allowing you to pedal harder when you need to and thus reducing your general fatigue. Studies conducted by the University of Primorska, Slovenia, show significant differences between the use of

HOW TO MOUNT OUR OVAL CHAINRING ON SRAM GXP, DUB AND BB30 CRANKS :
You need to unscrew these 3 t-25 torx bolts from the crank. Then remove the spider+chain ring combo you currently have there. Clean the splines and put some grease on them. Position the chainring in place (note that there is only one way to mount this chainring on a Sram crank, so you don't have to worry about how to do it). Tighten the 3 bolts to about 5-7 Nm.
* Always use a new chain with a new chainring.
