Description

The Tread Cutter is the first profile cutter designed specifically for ATV tires. It cuts studs precisely, with a smooth edge and - thanks to the cutting height adjustment - at the desired height. The Tread Cutter is intended for absolute fine-tuning of the tire profile, to adapt a tire even more optimally to exceptional situations.
The idea for this special tool originated in the Downhill World Cup and was subsequently developed in collaboration with tool manufacturer Unior Tools

  • Adapt the tire tread even more perfectly to the respective situation
  • The height adjustment function enables precise shortening of the tire lugs
  • Shorten the central lugs to facilitate rolling
  • Lugs that have been worn “round” can again have a straight edge
