How to use MX3 Fresh Menthol Isotonic Drink?

Directions for use: Dilute 40g of powder (2 heaped spoons supplied) in 500ml of cold water. Shake well before use.
During exercise: Drink regularly, from the start of exercise (every 5 to 10 minutes). Drink small quantities (1 to 2 sips at a time) to avoid digestive problems. Consume as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
