Torq Chew

a soft, gelatinous energy bar with a very low fat content. It's formulated to quickly deliver Torq's unique blend of transportable multiple carbohydrates to the muscles. As part of the Torq Fuelling System, it complements the Torq range of energy drinks and gels. Each Torq bar provides approximately 30 grams of multiple transportable carbohydrates (1 Torq unit). The Torq Fuelling System suggests consuming 2 to 3 Torq units per hour, alternating the energy drink with other, more concentrated Torq units.
