Recommendations for use:

Meltonic Tonic' Honey Bar Energy Bars, Organic Goji Berries can be consumed during exercise. For sports where the digestive system has a greater impact on performance (trail running, marathon, ultra trail, running), take small bites, ideally with an energy drink or water to aid digestion.
