A GRASS FED LABELED WHEY
WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE is made up of 80% whey proteins from GRASS FED labeled cow's milk.
This label guarantees that the cows which supplied the milk have had 120 to 300 days of pasture per year, thus ensuring that they are fed largely on grass or hay.
WHEN TO CONSUME YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE?
The speed of assimilation of whey is ideal for consumption after exercise (up to 1 hour).
You can also supplement your diet by consuming a shaker of WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE at breakfast or before training.
2/3 of your protein intake must be provided by a varied and balanced diet.
HOW TO PREPARE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE?
We have removed any texture agent from our recipe in order to offer you a shortened list of ingredients
Mix a maximum of 200 ml of water with two scoops (i.e. 30 g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
Mix for 30 seconds and enjoy.
We recommend using water at moderate temperature and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your WHEY with 150 ml of animal or vegetable milk according to your taste.
CAN YOU USE WEIGHT LOSS / DRY WHEY PROTEIN?
