WHAT OVEN PREPARATION TIP?
Mix 1 sachet of 100g with 50ml of water in a bowl.
As part of a muffin preparation with paper mold:
Start the preparation 2/3 in the muffin tins and bake for 11 minutes 180 C.
As part of the preparation of mini-muffins with silicone plate (approximately 12 fingerprints):
Start the preparation on the baking sheet and cook for 7 8 minutes 180 C.
Once ready, the energy cake will keep for 2 days.

AND TO PREPARE MICROWAVE C OAK?
Change 1 sachet of 100g with 50ml of water. Place the preparation in a mug and cook for 1min10 800W.
In order to keep its softness the cake must be ready by the day of its consumption.

USING ADVICE
