Ass Saver mudguards attach only to the front rails of the saddle, in front of the seatpost clamp. The advantage of this solution is that saddles are more uniform in this area, so we can offer a perfect fit to a much wider range of saddles. Mounting only on the front rails allows the mudguard to center itself automatically. If you accidentally bump it without realizing it, it will strive to regain its central position.
