Description

The Magura MT8 SL are the ultimate brakes for the XC, power and braking quality are at the rendezvous.
It is no coincidence that they are used by Olympic champion Sabine Spitz.
 
Its light weight is partly uncompromised construction, 100% carbon fiber lever runs two fingers for easy control and perfect dosing. You will be able to pass the curves and the roots in slope without worrying about braking. Magura has developed a new material for Carbotecture SL, a carbon-based manufacturing process in a thermoplastic matrix for maximum strength.
 
The levers are now equipped with a new, more ergonomic shape. Maintenance is a breeze since a single Torx T25 is sufficient for mounting and purging. The lever is entirely carbon.
 
The triers are made of aluminum (hot molded aluminum) in 2 bolted parts. The open shape facilitates the dissipation of heat. You will be able to replace the pads without showing the wheel. The hose is steerable
New piston-style gaskets ensure that they return to their proper position in the mud or gel.
