Description
The new Manitou Dorado Comp 29 Fork features the new 37mm Boost frame. Manitou engineers found that the 37mm plungers provided the best weight/stiffness/fluidity ratio.
The inverted fork design that has made it so well known for so many years has proven its benefits: better weight balance, more stability in very rough sections, smoother operation due to its constantly lubricated seals, and increased front/rear stiffness.
The new Manitou Dorado Comp 29 fork comes standard with a coil spring with a mid-range setting (70-85kg). An adjustment knob allows you to adjust the spring preload (hardness). In order to adapt to the different weights of the riders, there is the possibility to change the coil spring: 6 different settings are available.
The ABS+ compression damper allows to easily adjust the compression of the low speeds.
The new Manitou Dorado Comp 29 fork is equipped with TSR bleed screws to eliminate the overpressure of air accumulated in the fork during the practice and thus to have a constant operation of the fork.
