With a focus on decreasing disc brake rotor heat deformation, the result of the Shimano RT-CL900 disc brake rotor is quieter than ever brake performance without sacrificing weight or heat dissipation. Quieter than ever, but with superb, consistent braking performance on any long, steep descents thanks to excellent heat dissipation. The arm shape is more robust, leading to quieter operation. Heat dissipation paint boosts performance.

Main features:

  • 3D Aluminum carrier​​​: Optimized 3D-shaped aluminum carrier is designed purposefully in every single dimension and achieves lightweight and superb heat distortion resistance. This prevents the entire rotor from deforming due to heat and reduces rubbing noise while riding.
  • Ice Technologies Freeza: Ice Technologies Freeza provides consistent braking performance with less brake fade, less noise and longer pad life.
