Product Description

The shoe that started it all. With the X01, X-Bionic set out to build a trail shoe capable of handling everything the Alps have to offer. Stability on rocks and roots. Aggressive traction in mud and on wet surfaces. Cushioning to keep you going as long as you want. For training and running on the most technical trails, count on the X01.

Up to 27% more ground contact on trails | Inspired by spiderwebs, the lugs on the SpinWeave® outsole flex according to the terrain. Independent research shows that this increases ground contact by up to 27% compared to competitors, maximizing the unmatched traction of Vibram® MegaGrip rubber.

Skin-to-Trail Connection | TerraSkin® is a shoe-sock system built on 30 years of X-Bionic expertise in skin contact. The sock works with the shoe to increase airflow through aligned ventilation, while targeted GripYarns connect to the insole to improve fit.

Vertical Cushioning, Lateral Stability | The patented SpeedFrame® construction allows the soft foam core to provide vertical cushioning upon landing while stabilizing the foot horizontally. It’s like mountain bike suspension for your feet, offering you cushioning and precise control on uneven terrain.
