Ghost 16 vs Ghost 17

Brooks has updated the classic Ghost style, offering the perfect balance of softness with the Ghost 17, ideal for everyday runners and walkers.

The Ghost 16 featured DNA LOFT v3 cushioning with nitro injection, making it lightweight and comfortable. The Ghost 17 takes it to the next level with even more cushioning. The addition of an extra 1 mm of DNA LOFT v3 in the heel and 3 mm in the forefoot allows for a smooth ride mile after mile.

While the Ghost 16 had a flexible midsole and Segmented Crash Pad technology, the Ghost 17 features a new midsole designed with precise flex grooves. This allows for even more fluidity and makes every mile as enjoyable as the first.
