System update | Stable and adaptable: Brooks has improved its Trail Adapt system, which incorporates a flexible stone guard into its soft DNA LOFT v3 foam cushioning, to offer even more protection and adaptability for long trails.

Stay grounded | All-terrain traction: The outsole, made with 25% recycled content, provides all-terrain grip in wet and dry conditions.

Has the ground gotten softer? | Comfort and protection: Updated with an extra 2 mm of nitro-injected cushioning in the heel and an extra 4 mm in the forefoot for added softness. The breathable mesh upper and reinforced structure ensure a secure and breathable fit.
