Ghost 16 vs Ghost 17

Brooks has updated the classic Ghost style, offering the perfect balance of smoothness with the Ghost 17, ideal for everyday runners and walkers.

Ghost 16 featured DNA LOFT v3 cushioning with nitro-injection, making it lightweight and comfortable. Ghost 17 takes this to the next level, with even more cushioning. The addition of an extra 1 mm of DNA LOFT v3 in the heel and 3 mm in the forefoot ensures a smooth ride mile after mile.

Whereas the Ghost 16 featured a soft midsole and Segmented Crash Pad technology, the Ghost 17 has a new midsole designed with precise flex grooves. This provides even more fluidity and makes every kilometer as enjoyable as the first.
