- Nike has further expanded the Hyperlift plate at the heel for greater stability during difficult movements, such as split squats, deadlifts and other lower-body exercises. The plate transfers weight to the ground while adding rigidity to the heel. This solidity anchors and holds you to the ground, especially when you're carrying heavy loads.
- The lace locking system attaches to the tongue, eliminating the need to hook it anywhere else. It holds the laces in place, so you can concentrate on your training.
- The rubber reinforcement runs up the side for added strength and support: you can climb rope with the same speed without ever worrying about wear. It extends from the midsole to the vamp, for added support during multidirectional movements.
- The lightweight, breathable mesh is airy and resists chafing, scratching and other sharp, abrupt movements.
- The dual-density midsole (firm foam on the outside, soft foam on the inside) ensures high-performance cushioning, for long-lasting comfort during your cardio sessions and repetitive movements.
- Rubber outsole for extra grip during dynamic exercises like shoulder presses and walking lunges.
