The Santa Cruz Nomad 6 CC is a robust all-carbon MTB frame.
Working with their own production facility enables them to develop the strongest, lightest and best-handling carbon fibre frames available. That's what they call CC carbon. But it's also on the CC carbon level that you'll find the most advanced drivetrain, wheels and suspension to offer the best-performing package and the best possible experience on the track.
MX wheels: The 29" front wheel provides stability and grip, while the 27.5" rear wheel keeps the bike manoeuvrable and playful.
If you're lining up lift tickets and racking up the miles on your van's odometer, you're probably paying particular attention to the suspension. The Nomad offers 170mm at the front with a 38mm fork and 170mm VPP™ suspension at the rear, compatible with either an air or spring shock.
On the Nomad, the lowered anti-squat level reduces the kickback effect on the most pronounced high-speed shocks, improving sensitivity to maintain optimum grip, both downhill and uphill.
