The limited-edition “Tour de France” version of the Bikone BSA Road Ceramic bottom bracket pays tribute to the successes of UAE Team Emirates and to Tadej Pogačar, an iconic figure in cycling history. Developed from a model designed in collaboration with the team for the 2026 season, this exclusive version combines a distinctive commemorative design with an engineering approach focused on marginal gains. Weighing just 77 grams, it stands out for its aerodynamic cups with perfectly smooth surfaces, its high-strength 7075 aluminum construction, and its hybrid ceramic bearings, designed to deliver smoother and more efficient rotation. Every component has been carefully optimized to minimize weight and friction, while ensuring reliable and consistent performance with every pedal stroke.

Product highlights:

At77 grams, this is the lightest Bikone bottom bracket to date. We’ve reduced its weight by 15 grams compared to the previous model.
New design. Every decision—whether regarding shape or structure—was made with the goal of eliminating unnecessary weight.
Cups made from 7075 aluminum, a high-strength, aerospace-grade aluminum with a T6 heat treatment. This treatment makes the material harder and more durable, ensuring that the cups maintain their performance over time.
Aero Cup. One of the cups features a perfectly smooth outer surface, free of notches—which are located on the inside instead. This profile reduces aerodynamic turbulence in this area and ensures a more aerodynamic integration with the frame.
Hybrid Ceramic Bearings (ABEC5 / P5 – 2RS).
Made from 7075 aluminum, a high-strength, aerospace-grade alloy that has undergone a T6 heat treatment. This material reduces weight without compromising performance.
Total protection. Axial seals on the bearings and O-rings ensure complete protection of all surfaces.
