Description

The Shimano PD-MT520 pedals combine the simplicity of the SPD system with a rugged design suited for off-road riding. Their dual-sided mechanism makes it easy to clip in, while their open platform helps shed mud and debris. Designed for mountain biking and challenging rides, they offer reliable performance and good foot stability. The adjustable release tension allows the rider to customize the mechanism’s operation to their preferences.

Product highlights:

  • Double-sided SPD mechanism: Clipping in remains quick and easy, regardless of the pedal’s position.
  • Open platform: The design minimizes the buildup of mud and debris around the mechanism.
  • Chromoly steel axle: Combined with sealed cartridge bearings, it ensures smooth operation and durability.
  • Adjustable tension: The resistance when clipping in and out can be adjusted to the rider’s preferences.
