Ultra-light crampons for snow approaches

Snow approaches are their playground! With an aluminum design, the LEOPARD FL crampons are ultra-light (384 g). Its 10 points allow for stability when walking on hard snow. Its flexible front and back connection system optimizes space in your pack. Hiking and approach boots without overhangs will fit perfectly, thanks to the FLEXLOCK binding system.

DETAILS:

Ultra-light and ultra-compact

  • aluminum crampons with high density polyethylene (HDPE) CORD-TEC binding to optimize weight (only 384g per pair),
  • flexible linkage system for compactness once crampons are stored in the carrying case.

Designed for approaches on snow

  • 10-point layout for maximum stability on hard snow,
  • fLEXLOCK binding system particularly adapted to hiking and approach boots, without overhangs (front and back),
  • adjustment of crampon length without tools,
  • delivered with the CORD-TEC carrying pouch.

Complete modularity, thanks to the ALPEN ADAPT system

  • heels, cords, anti-clogging system and binding system can be replaced independently,
  • compatible with the LEVERLOCK FIL binding system (FIL and BACK LEVER) to fit shoes with overhangs
  • compatible with the ANTISNOW LEOPARD anti-clogging system to limit the formation of snow clogs under the crampons, whatever the snow conditions.

NB: testing the crampons with the boots on which they will be used is essential to ensure their compatibility.
