Unlike traditional insoles, the 3feet® outdoor - mid Sidas are anatomical insoles for sports equipped with a shell specially designed by Sidas to fit the anatomy of the foot with medium arch. In addition to providing support and comfort for your feet during outdoor activities, the 3feet technology promotes vertical comfort, preventing foot pain due to poor arch support. Ultra-breathable thanks to the presence of perforations, the structure of these outdoor insoles also features a heel pad for better cushioning and optimal comfort in the vertical position.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Cut out the insole before use
- Remove the insole and replace it with the new one
- Wash with soap and brush only
