  • Three-weave composite shell is composed of carbon fiber, DuPont ™ Kevlar® and fiberglass, producing a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance.
  • RHEON Impact Energy Cells
  • Cells maximize absorption of linear and rotational impacts at low speeds, reducing forces transmitted to the brain
  • Conehead® EPS technology provides a softer lining that helps the cones manage or absorb impact force more effectively.
  • Six critical zones have been refined for a progressive response to low and high speed impacts
  • Expanded EPS volume means strategic areas of the helmet have more shock absorbing EPS, more suspension between the head and the ground
  • EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) chin cup creates an additional impact mitigation element and is used in the chin cup for its superior damage resistance and energy absorption properties
  • Clavicle shell relief zone creates a soft zone filled with EPS and EPP to help reduce clavicle injuries
  • Custom molded rubber pad with integrated nose guard
  • Custom lightweight visor screws and stainless steel D-rings
  • Comfortable liner and quick release cheek pads made of washable, moisture resistant antimicrobial material
