BMX shoes: flat or car?
BMX shoes are part of the equipment necessary for BMX practice.
Depending on your discipline, BMX Race or BMX Freestyle, you will not have the same needs.
Indeed, in BMX Race, you will choose BMX shoes with cleats that adapt to car pedals (clicks) so that you can transmit all the power during your effort. It is a shoe / pedal set similar to mountain biking. In BMX Freestyle, it is important to be free enough to perform more or less spectacular tricks. The foot must therefore not be held on the pedal.
