Returns - you have a 30-day cooling-off period
Customers have a return period in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant platform or retail location. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags and packaging. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, provided the item meets the return criteria. Damaged, used, or incomplete products may be refused.
